ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Processing times may vary during sales, launches, or holiday periods. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, transit time depends on the selected shipping method and carrier. If there is a significant delay with your shipment, we will contact you via email.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION 

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to items, quantities, or shipping methods.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at
hello.igistudio@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, shipped, or marked as fulfilled.    

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

After placing an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided at checkout. This email will include your order number for reference.

Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

If you do not receive an order confirmation or shipping notification, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us at hello.igistudio@gmail.com

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, INTERNATIONAL TAXES

IGI STUDIO currently does not offer international shipping. However, IGI STUDIO is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes on international orders. Any additional costs incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Customs policies and charges vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request an address change by contacting hello.igistudio@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or redirect the package.

If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, customers will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

If an address appears incomplete or requires clarification, we will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, the order will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

RETURNED ORDERS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please contact hello.igistudio@gmail.com with your name and order number if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you would like your order reshipped or sent to a new address, the shipping fee will apply again.

If you no longer wish to receive your order, the order will be canceled and refunded for the cost of the item(s). Original taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.

LOST PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the mail carrier, IGI STUDIO is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft caused during transit.

If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the mail carrier directly for further assistance.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello.igistudio@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist. In some cases, customers may be asked to help with filing a carrier claim.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

All sales are final. We do not accept returns/exchanges. 

If you receive:

  • a damaged or defective item

  • an incorrect item

  • or a missing item

Please contact hello.igistudio@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number, and clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable.

Please retain all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

IGI STUDIO will review each case individually and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
